What adapters (wall plugs and cigarette lighter plugs) can be used with what units?

There has been some erroneous info passed around so I did some research on 2-4-2006.

Clarification:

1)       The PalmMag and the Body Energizer use the same adapter which is a 6vdc output adapter (item #1306). Also you can use the PalmMag and the Body Energizer in your car with the special car adapter (item #2306). Do not use 12vdc adapters for these units, it will overdrive your units and burn them out as well as spin the magnetic ball so fast it will not develop the desired biaxial field (i.e. a wobbling white dot on the ball).

2)       The Air Wellness Traveler uses a different wall adapter and car adapter which are 12vdc output adapters (item #13966) available from Nikken or obtainable from any Radio Shack. Take your Traveler into Radio Shack and ask for assistance for the wall plug and the car adapter. Specify 12vdc, 500ma, to an “M” plug with the + on the center pin. The Traveler will not work at all with the PalmMag adapters.

3)       The KenkoWave is in a class of it’s own and uses a 24VAC wall adapter (#1382) and has no car adapter. Do not plug this 24VAC adapter into any other Nikken product!

4)       The Air Quality Monitor in the new Test Kit uses yet another wall plug adapter which is a 5vdc output adapter not yet available from Nikken or Radio Shack. I have used the 6vdc PamMag adapter (item #1306) with satisfactory results when I could not find the 5vdc adapter that comes with the kit.
